MUCH better than expected: quiet (almost silent), easy to change speeds and elevation; easy to install (five pieces, i installed it alone, but two people would be easier). As good as fitness center equipment; solid and light enough to move by yourself. Only downside was the key wasn't included so we had to wait, and customer service is only open 9-5 M-F, but once we made contact they FEDEXed it and we had it in three days.
