Assembled easy, no piece was too heavy to carry into our room. It has taken some effort to get used to how this machine works, it is very different from traditional elliptical trainers I have been on and owned. That said it seems to give a better work out of each leg since there isn't any help from a dominant one making everything move. I've got about 9 miles on it so far and have enjoyed them and been more tired than out last one that was more than double this one.
