I'm on my third console in 3 years not to mention the fact that I've had to replace the circuit board, front roller assembly, elevation motor assembly, and the wiring cable to the hand controls. The pulse sensor is useless. I do the maintenance on it religiously since I use it so much. Sole has been good about sending the replacement parts but when the warranty runs out I think I'll sell it and try another brand. The console is $369.00 and most are now rebuilt.
