The bike itself is perfect. The molded seat, a feature not found on most exercise bikes, makes it comfortable. I shopped around and Amazon had the very best price for this item. I put the item together myself, in about 90 minutes. Be aware, when you separate the screws, it may seem several are missing. Although not stated in the instructions, the screws for the seat and back rest are actually in place and must be unscrewed to be reattached.
The bike itself deserves 5 stars. However, I upgraded shipping for quicker delivey and it was not shipped within the time frame promised. That is on Amazon. When received, the box was wet and falling apart. The delivery driver said the box had been near melting ice. I expected the worst but the bike itself was still in good condition.
