i had one like that in europe and i was fabulous and thats why i decided to buy this one. unfortunately i am very disapointed . my old one had 6 different tipes of exercises plus timing and volume and this one had only volume and timing but only one program and its not the one i used to do most with my old one. it also bothers me on higher volume in the middle . dont recomend it...for little more you can find a better one on european websitesGet more detail about Slendertone Women's Flex Abdominal Toning System Belt.
