** Make sure you get two tracking numbers, because this item ships in two SEPERATE boxes ** This will help if you only get one package at a time (this happened to me) and Amazon will show your order as complete. Amazon has no idea, even though I told them and so has the manufacture. The rower is great, though, and the sound the water makes adds to the effect. Get a seperate heart monitor if this is important to you, otherwise the monitor will do fine. Have only had for about 3 weeks and hope to have much longer.
