This is a neat little documentary about the 2007 National Cross Country Championship held in Boulder. It follows 5 runners in their preparation for the championship race. The race itself does not have the urgency of the 2004 Olympic Trials 5000 that was followed in the "5000 Meters: Nothing Comes Easy" but it is interesting getting in the heads of these elite runners that labor in anonimity. The 5 are Jorge Torres, Meb Keflezghi, Dathan RitzenHein, Alan Cullpepper, and Abdi Abdirhaman. The footage of the race itself, in the muddy mess of Boulder, is great!
