I purchased this one to do sit-ups and work on my sides (love handles).. It allows me to do what I want - once it's assembled and properly adjusted.. The installation was confusing; and there's no illusions on what exercises you can do with this bench.. I had to research online and found some exercise diagrams/illusions from other high-end hyper benches.. I was able to use those diagrams and adjust the bench accordingly for each exercise..
