I am definitely convinced this product was worth the money - and I've only used it once so far! Assembly wasn't too difficult, and I didn't have trouble with the belt. I hopped on and at the 450 step mark I was huffing and puffing! My legs (which are very much attuned to walking on level ground) started to burn! I will be using this 5 days a week 10,000 steps per day. My only complaints are trivial ones - I detached the little digital monitor because it made a loud clicking racket. I have a cheap pedometer which I use in lieu of the device, so detaching it was not detrimental to my work out at all. I also like to swing my arms when I walk, but with this treadmill you will certainly need to hold onto the bars.
